What You Will Do

1. 3+ years of recruitment agency experience in Hong Kong, ideally touching the financial services, fintech, or technology sectors.

1. A proven track record of execution—you know how to match candidates, handle counter-offers, and close deals.

1. Flawless communication skills with a polished corporate presence suitable for high-value APAC client interactions.
