Responsibilities:
- Working with both Regional and Global support teams, ensuring efficient handling of issues, and providing timely solutions.
- Enhancing our existing Python script framework, driving its growth and contributing to the codebase.
- Providing support for high frequency trading systems, with an emphasis on market data and order routing.
- Leading latency analyses and performance investigations in order to improve the quality of trading systems.
- Developing, maintaining, and optimizing Scheduling tools (Airflow DAGs) in line with business requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in a technology or support function, preferably in the crypto or finance industry.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience in Scheduling tools like Airflow DAGs.
- In-depth understanding of HFT systems, Order Passing, and Market Data.
- Familiarity with cloud computing infrastructure (a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with teammates in remote locations.
- Willingness to provide after-hours (including weekend and public holiday) support when necessary.
