Responsibilities:

1. Framework Implementation: Implement the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework across the company, covering both investment risk and operational risk.
2. Monitoring & Reporting: Conduct daily risk limit monitoring and reporting to ensure investment portfolios comply with regulatory requirements, product memorandums, and internal risk policies.
3. Risk Assessment: Participate in risk assessments for existing investment portfolios and new business initiatives.
4. Policy Maintenance: Assist in risk reporting and maintain a robust risk policy framework.
5. Risk Investigation: Assist with ad-hoc risk investigations and root-cause analyses as required.
6. Ad-Hoc Support: Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Risk Management, Statistics, Economics, Financial Technology, or a related discipline.
2. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in investment risk or financial risk analysis.
3. Key Skills:
4. Solid understanding of investment portfolio attribution analysis and derivatives risk management.
5. Practical experience with Bloomberg AIM and Python is a strong advantage.
6. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, excellent cross-functional communication abilities, and the capacity to thrive under pressure.
7. Language Requirements: Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
