We are partnering with a leading global investment bank to hire a Vice President within their Finance team in Hong Kong. This is a strategic finance role sitting at the intersection of management information, data analytics and business finance, supporting senior stakeholders across the region with data-driven insights and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver management information, performance analysis and financial insights to support business decision-making
2. Develop financial models, dashboards and analytical outputs for business reviews and executive reporting
3. Support budgeting, forecasting and planning activities across regional businesses
4. Partner with senior stakeholders to enhance visibility on business performance and key drivers
5. Drive improvements in data quality, reporting processes and automation initiatives
6. Collaborate closely with technology teams on data enhancement and analytics solutions

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in finance, management information, business intelligence or analytics within financial services
2. Strong understanding of performance reporting, financial analysis and FP&A processes
3. Hands-on experience with financial modelling and data-driven analysis
4. Advanced Excel skills; experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL or similar analytics platforms is a strong advantage
5. Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders
6. Background in investment banking or a global financial institution preferred
