Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation: Actively contribute to the desk's top-line revenue and profitability, driving market share expansion across Hong Kong secondary equity markets.

Client Portfolio Growth: Build, expand, and manage a robust roster of institutional buy-side fund managers, family offices, and asset management firms.

Deal Distribution: Lead the distribution of high-profile primary IPOs, follow-on offerings, and secondary placements to target buy-side investors.

Value-Add Sales Coverage: Actively promote high-conviction research products, actionable market intelligence, and tailored Corporate Access programs to decision-makers.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline, paired with 5+ years of proven success in Institutional Equity Sales (candidates with 2+ years of exposure in Hong Kong or overseas markets strongly preferred).

Track Record & Network: Strong, established relationships with institutional buy-side accounts, proven independent client coverage capabilities, and a track record of consistent commission revenue generation.

Financial Target: Proven ability to achieve performance benchmarks (target production equivalent to 3x base salary + T&M expenses).

Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese).
