We're looking for a RTA candidate in VP grade, with a strong blend of client servicing, leadership, and transfer agency expertise to provide service for our global professional fiduciary/fund services provider with details as below,
Role Summary
- Title: Vice President, RTA Services
- Location: Hong Kong
- Reporting to: Senior Vice President
- Team Management: Leading a team of approximately 5-6 employees
- Client Portfolio: Key client-facing role supporting PE fund and other hedge fund clients
Key Requirements
- Strong Transfer Agency / Investor Services experience.
- Prior exposure to Private Equity and/or Hedge Fund clients.
- Proven client relationship management and client servicing experience.
- Experience reviewing and overseeing RTA operations and deliverables.
- People management experience, ideally leading a team of 5 or more.
- Ability to work closely with Fund Accounting and other internal stakeholders.
- Cantonese language capability is required due to client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
