Key responsibilities:
- Partner with senior stakeholders to translate data requirements into BI strategies, project objectives, and actionable insights
- Lead workshops to define KPIs, reporting frameworks, and analytics solutions that improve business performance
- Design scalable BI dashboards, reports, and visualisations to enhance data accessibility and decision-making
- Bridge business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of tailored BI solutions
- Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, optimise processes, and maintain data accuracy across reporting platforms
- Coordinate BI projects end-to-end, coordinating priorities, timelines, stakeholder updates, and continuous improvements
Candidate profile:
- 5+ years' experience in BI consulting, data analytics, or data-driven solutions, supporting senior stakeholders and business users
- Experience in consulting, agency, or vendor environments, delivering tailored BI solutions for diverse business needs
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar BI platforms to build dashboards, reports, and visualisations
- Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL, SQL, and database management to support scalable analytics solutions
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills, managing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and accuracy
