Description
Due to continued growth, our Cork office is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our expanding Client Payroll Bureau team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to develop their career within a supportive, collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Process weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for a varied client base.
• Maintain employee payroll records and documentation.
• Administer pensions, health insurance and payroll deductions.
• Respond professionally to client and employee payroll queries.
• Ensure compliance with payroll legislation and Revenue requirements.
• Maintain a complete audit trail and document control procedures.
Key Requirements
• Minimum one year payroll administration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and client service abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• BrightPay experience desirable.
• IPASS qualification or willingness to undertake certification.
Additional Requirements
The role is permanent with flexible working, and may offer either full-time or part-time hours for a suitable candidate.
