Accounts Assistant / Credit Control Administrator

Our client, a leading Distribution business, is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant /
Credit Control Administrator to join their finance team on a one-year contract.

The role will primarily focus on Credit Control, managing a customer portfolio of
500+ accounts , with some additional Accounts Payable responsibilities.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years' Credit Control experience.

Experience managing 500+ customer accounts.

Experience within FMCG or a similar industry.

Strong experience resolving customer account and payment queries.

Experience managing customer returns, from initial request through to reconciliation of goods returned.

Previous Accounts Payable experience, ideally 1 year+.

Strong Excel and general IT skills.

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Eligible to work in Ireland, where applicable.
