Our client is a provider of specialist services with a weekly payroll of approximately 2,000. They are seeking to appoint a Payroll Specialist to work within the team and provide payroll related reports.

The Role:

This is a key role working as part of a Payroll team and dealing wtih employee queries. Duties will include:

Collate payroll information and process within deadlines for payment
Ensure accurate infomormation is recorded for client billing on a weekly basis
Posting journals
Providing payroll reports
Dealing with queries
On-going analysis of all payroll functions with a focus on continuous improvement

The Ideal Candidate:

3 years+ high volume payroll experience
Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer service ethos
An ability to work well as part of a team and in a management capacity
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with good problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational skills with a proven record in managing strict deadlines
Experience of various payroll packages
