社員（パート社員）として雇用の上、＜働き続ける＞ためのスキ ルアップを図ります。
職歴がない方・事務未経験の方でもトレーニングの受講を通して ビジネスマナーを身に着け、職場でのコミュニケーションの経験を 積むことができます。
また自身の障がいについての理解を深め、 働き続けるためのコンディションを整えることを目指します。
＜プログラム例＞ 自身の障がい特性の理解、ビジネスマナー 基本的なＰＣ操作、事務系資格取得サポート など
◎入社日：令和７年１０月１日以降～/令和８年4月1日以降～（新卒も可）
◎ハローワークの紹介状が必要です
