International consumer brands company with a portfolio of globally recognized lifestyle brands is growing its Japan business and looking for a bilingual Brand Manager to help lead the charge.
The Role
- Own the annual brand plan and day-to-day brand management for two premium consumer brands in Japan, working closely with a Senior Brand Manager and directing marketing execution through a distribution partner's sales organization.
- Drive hands-on, in-market brand activation - this is a get-out-in-the-field role, not a desk job: retail, events, and trade activations across multiple channels.
- Manage budget, creative/social agencies, and local asset development while helping build genuine brand passion and storytelling in a competitive category.
Your Skills
- Native-level Japanese and fluent business English - required for daily collaboration with an international team and regional/global stakeholders.
- 3+ years in brand or trade marketing; background in premium, luxury, or lifestyle consumer brands is a strong plus (open to other B2C industries).
