Senior Project Management - Delivery Lead

Roles/Responsibilities

Lead key client project engagements within the digital payments sector, managing project lifecycles from planning to execution, with a focus on enhancing client communication and delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful implementation of projects and direct interaction with clients to gather enhancement requests and manage project timelines.
Develop and maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and provide regular status updates, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
Establish strong client relationships, acting as the primary liaison to navigate project scopes and deliver innovative payment solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and client service by collaborating with internal teams, including Account Management, Product Development, and Marketing.

Required skills

Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, with a track record of delivering complex, integrated business application projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, with excellent organizational and adaptability skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, coupled with solid problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
Proficiency in project management software and methodologies, with PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
A background in sales strategy or consulting within tech, digital commerce, or payment sector is a plus.
