About the Role

As a CBRE Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supplier lifecycle activities, including supplier onboarding, contracting and compliance. You will support procurement operations by partnering with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure suppliers meet contractual, operational, and audit requirements.

This role requires a strong attention to detail, experience managing contracts and supplier relationships, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments. While there are no direct reports, you will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and business partners across multiple functions.

This job is part of the Procurement function. The team is responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers.

What You'll Do:

• Manage supplier onboarding processes, ensuring all required documentation, compliance requirements, and approvals are completed accurately and on time.

• Coordinate supplier contracting activities, including contract creation, review, execution, renewals, extensions, and terminations.

• Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of procurement activities.

• Support supplier performance management activities, including monitoring supplier compliance with contractual obligations, service levels, and performance expectations.

• Conduct supplier audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Partner with business stakeholders, operational teams, shared services teams, legal, finance, and other cross-functional groups to support procurement objectives.

• Serve as a key point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders throughout the supplier lifecycle.

• Maintain accurate supplier records and procurement documentation within relevant systems and platforms.

• Support sourcing and procurement initiatives through supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and risk assessments.

• Identify opportunities to improve supplier management, onboarding, contracting, and compliance processes.

• Review procurement documentation and agreements to ensure alignment with company standards and policies.

• Influence stakeholders and suppliers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes while ensuring business requirements are met.

• Identify and solve complex supplier, contractual, and operational challenges while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred.

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience managing supplier onboarding, supplier contracting, contract administration, and supplier relationship management.

• Strong contract negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple agreements simultaneously.

• Experience supporting supplier audits, compliance reviews, and governance activities.

• Proven ability to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders without direct authority.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a highly process-driven and audit-focused environment.

• Experience working with procurement, supplier management, and contract management systems.

• Ability to analyze contractual and operational information and identify risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities.

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and related tools.
