Our client is an established global asset manager specialising in emerging markets. They are seeking an Equity Analyst to join their boutique team in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on fundamental equity analysis across Qatar, MENA, and Frontier equities. The role provides direct involvement in portfolio construction alongside regional leadership and global investment teams.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct fundamental equity research, financial modelling, and intrinsic valuation on listed equities across Qatar, MENA, and Frontier markets
- Contribute directly to stock selection and portfolio management decisions in collaboration with senior leadership and global equity teams
- Maintain primary research databases, company financial models, and industry intelligence across assigned markets
- Maintain regular contact with portfolio management teams and undertake 2–4 weeks of international research travel annually
Requirements:
- Previous equity analysis experience covering MENA or Emerging/Frontier markets
- Arabic speaker preferred
