Looking for a Senior Finance Leader for a Leading Pharmaceuticals Company in KSA

About Role:

Lead the group's financial strategy, planning, treasury, controls, and performance across multiple divisions and subsidiaries
Drive IPO readiness across financial reporting, governance, audit readiness, compliance, and capital markets work stream
Strengthen group-level financial systems, controls, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow management to support scale
Partner closely with the CEO and Board on strategic initiatives, financing, capital structure, and M&A opportunities
