Corporate RM (Large Corporate)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong relationships with large corporate clients , delivering customized corporate banking solutions such as trade finance , corporate loans , and cash management .
2. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities to drive business growth across various banking products and services.
3. Prepare and present detailed credit proposals and financial assessments , ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
4. Monitor and manage a credit portfolio, applying sound credit risk management practices.
5. Collaborate closely with internal departments (credit, compliance, operations) to structure deals that meet client needs.
6. Stay updated on the latest market trends , regulatory requirements , and competitor activities large corporates.

Key Requirements:

1. At least 5 years of experience as a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager or similar, with a focus on handling large corporates .
2. Strong knowledge of corporate banking products , including trade finance , loan syndication , cash management , and cross-border financing .
3. Bachelor’s degree in Finance , Business , or a related field.
4. Fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken, as you will need to prepare credit papers and other languages will be advantageous.
5. Proven track record in managing credit portfolios , assessing financials, and preparing in-depth financial analyses.
6. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills to build long-lasting client partnerships.
