Finance Director
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing financial insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
- Drive business strategy through financial analysis, modelling, and performance evaluation.
- Assess new business opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives to support sustainable growth.
Financial Leadership & Performance Management
- LeadFP&A activities , including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Delivertimely and accurate financial reporting in line withUS GAAP and corporate standards .
- Develop and monitorKPIs, variance analysis, and financial performance metrics across regional sites.
- Promote strong financial discipline and data-driven decision making across leadership teams.
Controllership & Governance
- Overseemonthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes .
- Ensure the integrity of financial statements, internal controls, and compliance withcorporate governance and regulatory requirements .
- Managetax, treasury, statutory reporting, and external audits .
- Partner with HQ finance teams to align withglobal policies and reporting standards .
Operational Excellence
- Drive initiatives to improveoperational efficiency, profitability, and working capital performance .
- SupportLean and continuous improvement programs across operations.
- Enhance inventory management, standard costing, and productivity tracking.
- Leveragefinancial analytics and system automation to improve reporting efficiency.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop ahigh-performing regional finance team .
- Foster a culture ofintegrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement .
- Strengthen cross-functional collaboration withOperations, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams .
Requirements
- Significantsenior finance leadership experience in a multinational manufacturing environment (>$100M turnover).
- Strong knowledge ofUS GAAP and SOX-controlled environments .
- Broad finance expertise acrossFP&A, controllership, tax, treasury, statutory compliance, and internal controls .
- Proven ability toinfluence senior stakeholders and drive business performance .
- Experience leading and developing finance teams.
- StrongERP and financial systems knowledge , with exposure to automation and process improvement.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and highly collaborative leader.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification is advantageous
