Job Description
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports across multiple entities and investment structures.
- Produce consolidated management reporting packs, including financial statements, cash flow analysis and business performance commentary.
- Maintain accurate accounting records, reconciliations and reporting processes within Xero.
- Oversee investment accounting activities, including portfolio tracking, valuations, investment income and performance reporting.
- Monitor liquidity, treasury activities and foreign exchange exposures across global accounts and currencies.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, statutory reporting, tax compliance and audit requirements.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights relating to net worth, investment performance, cash positions and strategic financial matters.
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
- CA, CPA or ACCA qualification, either completed or in progress.
- At least 8 years of accounting or finance experience within investment, wealth management, fund management, family office or multi-entity environments.
- Strong experience preparing consolidated financial statements and management reporting.
- Hands-on expertise with Xero is essential.
- Proficient in advanced Excel modelling, reporting and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of investment accounting, treasury management and foreign exchange accounting.
- Familiarity with Singapore accounting standards, statutory reporting and tax compliance requirements.
