Join a leading multinational consumer goods organization with a strong global footprint hiring for a Financial Analyst. This role plays a critical part in driving budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance reporting while providing strategic insights that support business growth and informed decision-making. Partnering closely with commercial and cross-functional stakeholders, you will evaluate business performance, identify opportunities and risks, deliver financial analysis and modelling, and provide recommendations to optimize results. You will also support planning cycles, reporting requirements, budget management, and financial governance while collaborating with Finance Controlling, Supply Planning, and shared services teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. You hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in FP&A, or finance business partnering, ideally within the FMCG or Consumer goods space. You bring strong analytical capabilities, advanced Excel skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
