Key Responsibilities

Code and validate rules, monitor and review their status, and perform user acceptance testing (UAT) in the Aladdin system.
Translate investment restrictions and limits into plain English to facilitate automated rule coding.
Understanding of Investment & Regulatory Compliance
Hands on experience with rule coding and testing
Understanding of mandates, ability to translate the compliance rules to plain English
Prior experience in implementing compliance rules, transitioning of rules from one platform to another
Prior Project Management/ BA experience preferred
Understanding of SQL and ability to write queries using SQL
Prior experience of rule coding on Bloomberg and Aladdin
Ability to work in the fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Prior experience in stakeholder management and liaising with vendors
Understanding of pre trade and post trade compliance, implications, and various categories of rule types, pre trade and post trade monitoring, generation of reports
Review and reconcile the pre and post trade rules setup in the system and Governing Document

Preferred skills

Compliance Rule Coding
Understanding of Aladdin
Familiarity with one or more of the following Data and Automation tools (i.e. PowerApps, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, Sharepoint)
Familiarity with one or more of the following programming languages (i.e. SQL, Python, VBA).
Vendor and stakeholder management
