Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & External Communications Specialist to join our Marketing team in Hong Kong. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh university graduate or early-career marketing professional to build a career in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will support the execution of marketing activities across brokers, partners, agents, and customers. You will gain hands-on experience in campaign coordination, event support, content development, and marketing collateral management, while working closely with internal stakeholders to help deliver strong and consistent brand messaging.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across multiple channels
• Assist in the development, updating, and coordination of marketing collateral, presentations, brochures, forms, website content and other materials
• Help manage marketing requests from internal stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of materials
• Support the activation of marketing events, webinars, seminars, and partner engagements
• Assist in designing and distributing eDM communications, invitations and event materials
• Support the creation, editing, and scheduling of social media and digital content
• Maintain calendar of external events
• Submit and validate PowerPoint presentations put through our offshore PowerPoint enhancement service
• Maintain and update marketing content on websites, portals, and other digital platforms
• Gather and analyses campaign data and marketing analytics and provide contributions to monthly LII dashboard
• Work closely with business teams, external vendors, designers, and other stakeholders to support project delivery
• Leverage AI tools for speed and efficiency, including copywriting, design and asset resizing.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor checks to support marketing planning
• Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and business requirements
• Support event, administrative and operational tasks within the Marketing team as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
• Internship or project experience in marketing, communications, events, or related fields is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or digital marketing tools is an advantage
