Our client is a global professional services firm seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Singapore regulatory consulting team, advising Asset Management and Funds clients across Singapore and internationally.

This is a client-facing role covering regulatory advisory, compliance frameworks, licensing, MAS requirements and regulatory change, with exposure to business development and regional projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Advise fund management clients on MAS regulatory and compliance matters
2. Support licensing, regulatory filings, audits, policy drafting and MAS liaison
3. Manage client relationships and deliver practical, high-quality regulatory solutions
4. Review work and support technical research and regulatory updates
5. Contribute to business development, proposals and client pitches
6. Build relationships across clients, industry stakeholders and regional teams
7. Contribute to industry events, webinars and thought leadership

Requirements

1. Degree qualified with relevant Singapore funds / MAS regulatory experience
2. Background in fund management, consultancy, legal practice or MAS
3. Strong understanding of fund management and MAS regulations
4. Client-facing and relationship management experience
5. Able to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions
6. Mandarin is advantageous but not essential
7. Consulting experience and a track record in commercial/business development are a plus
