What you'll do
- Define and lead partnership programs that bring new developers into Meta's content ecosystem across the Korean market.
- Build and nurture relationships with Korean game developers and their senior/C-level stakeholders.
- Understand the technical issues developers face on the platform (APIs, integration, bugs) and translate them, in English, to Meta's product engineering team to advise solutions.
- Drive programs that leverage agentic AI and emerging technologies for content creation, developer tools and new interactive formats.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, Marketing and Content Policy teams.
- Represent programs externally in developer communities and industry events, and in executive meetings.
- Define success metrics, track program performance and communicate insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Business-level or full professional proficiency in Korean (spoken and written) is required to effectively manage, negotiate, and collaborate with developers stakeholders who are based in Korea.
- Gaming-development experience - ideally from a gaming studio operating heavily in the Korean ecosystem, or a gaming vertical within a big-tech / cloud company.
- Technical literacy: able to understand how games are developed and discuss technical issues (APIs, bugs, integration) credibly with developers. (You will not be required to code.)
- Extensive proven experience (typically 8-10 years) in program management, business development, or strategic partnerships within gaming, developer ecosystems, or technology platforms.
- Proven ability to engage senior / C-level executives in Korea professionally, with strong cultural fluency in Korean business etiquette.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with global internal teams .
- Ability to design, launch, and scale programs in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
