Job Description

Lead debt recovery, collections, and pre-litigation activities across the UAE.
Manage external counsel and oversee claims, enforcement, and litigation matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial, lending, and financing agreements.
Advise the business on lending, trade finance, credit, and day-to-day commercial legal matters.
Support new market entries, licensing activities, and corporate structuring initiatives.
Partner with commercial, product, and operational teams to identify risks and deliver practical legal solutions.
Develop legal processes, governance frameworks, and policies while monitoring regulatory developments.

The Successful Applicant
