We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team, supporting a portfolio of property management clients. You'll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial records, processing transactions and delivering excellent service to clients.

We're looking for an organised and detail-focused Bookkeeper to join our growing finance team, supporting a portfolio of property management clients. You'll be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, ensuring accurate financial records, processing transactions and delivering excellent service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
The Role
- Maintain purchase and sales ledgers, bank reconciliations and payment runs.
- Process invoices, receipts and client transactions accurately.
- Support month-end processes and assist with management accounts.
- Resolve client queries and build strong working relationships.
- Ensure financial records are accurate and deadlines are met.
- Help improve processes and maintain strong financial controls
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Previous bookkeeping experience, ideally within property, outsourced finance or a multi-client environment.
- Strong understanding of purchase ledger, sales ledger, reconciliations and payments.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach.
- Experience using accounting software and good Excel skills.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
