The Opportunity:
A leading London-based law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to strengthen its residential property team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive practice where you'll take ownership of a broad range of conveyancing matters while benefiting from dedicated paralegal support and a clear path for professional growth.

Responsibilities:

Running a diverse caseload of residential property matters, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
Advising clients on more complex issues, such as matters arising from the Building Safety Act 2022.
Maintaining high standards of client care, ensuring regular communication and excellent service delivery.
Using the firm's case management system to progress matters efficiently and keep accurate records.
Working both independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team.
Meeting agreed financial and performance targets.

About You:

UK-qualified Solicitor with proven experience in residential conveyancing.
Strong background handling both leasehold and freehold property transactions.
Capable of dealing with complex conveyancing issues from instruction through to completion.
Confident communicator with excellent client relationship skills.
Well-organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities.
Comfortable working autonomously as well as within a team environment.
