Senior Pricing Actuary - Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead pricing analyses across Casualty and Financial Lines business.
Manage and develop a team of three pricing actuaries/analysts.
Deliver rate reviews, portfolio performance monitoring and pricing recommendations.
Collaborate closely with Underwriting teams to support profitable growth.
Drive enhancements to pricing tools, models and methodologies.
Provide insight on profitability, market trends and portfolio performance.
Support business planning and portfolio optimisation initiatives.
Present pricing recommendations and performance updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualified Actuary.
Strong London Market or commercial insurance pricing experience.
Experience within Casualty and/or Financial Lines classes.
Previous people management or supervisory experience.
Strong technical modelling and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
