These are Nomura's new US and London MDs on the $530k+ salaries
Japanese bank Nomura is on a different schedule to other banks. It reports results later in the year. It pays bonuses months after the rest. It's also only just promoted its managing directors.

Nomura's new managing directors (MDs) in London and New York are listed below. There are 24 of them. 17 are in global markets. 14 are in New York. Two appear to be women.
It's understood that the bank pays London MDs a standard salary of £400k ($530k) in London, plus potentially an allowance of double that. In the US, H1B data indicates that Nomura's MD salaries are closer to $350k.
In a sign of possible intention, many of Nomura's MDs work in securitization. Many work in rates. Despite the new focus on equities trading, none work in equities or prime broking. Nomura isn't commenting.
