The Company
Our client is a well-established, national professional services organisation with approximately 85 employees across four Australian offices. Following the appointment of a new CEO, the business is embarking on an exciting transformation, moving from a founder-led model to a more structured, nationally aligned operating environment.

If you're someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity and seeing projects through from concept to delivery, this is an opportunity to make a genuine impact.

This is a highly visible, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, thrives on autonomy and is motivated by improving how businesses operate. It's an ideal opportunity for someone aspiring to move into a Chief of Staff or senior operational leadership pathway.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Working across HR, IT, marketing, compliance and administration to deliver business improvement initiatives
- Liaising with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support technology implementations and operational change
- Developing processes, documentation, templates and workflows that create greater consistency across the business
- Tracking actions, risks and project milestones while providing clear reporting to senior leadership
- Supporting governance, operational reporting, meetings and national business initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the employee and customer experience
About You
You love making things happen. You're organised, proactive and comfortable juggling multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed and projects on track.
You'll bring:
- Experience in operations, business improvement, project coordination or transformation roles
- Strong project management and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to build relationships and influence outcomes across multiple functions without direct authority
- Confidence coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to deliver outcomes
- A hands-on approach with a genuine willingness to roll up your sleeves
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience within financial services, insurance or another regulated environment will be highly regarded but isn't essential
This role could suit someone currently working as an Operations Coordinator, Business Operations Manager, Project Coordinator, Team Assistant supporting multiple functions, HR professional looking to broaden into operations, or someone seeking a pathway towards a future Chief of Staff role.
