主要职责
- 通过交叉销售、推荐、个人业务联系等方式获得新的富裕客户并寻求商机
- 根据客户的情况提供合适的理财产品/ 服务，向客户推广和解释产品及其相关风险
- 通过财务需求分析/ 规划确定客户需求，并为广泛的银行，保险和投资产品（例如投资概况审查，投资组合管理）提供适当的解决方案
- 向客户更新最新的产品/ 市场 息及其帐户状态，以提高利用率和产品渗透率，并通过 投资组合审查和交叉销售增加客户钱包的份额
- 遵守合规和监管要求以及行为准则，特别是适用于销售过程的要求和行为准则，即销售人员的许可和健身与适当性， KYC (Know Your Customer)， FNA (Financial Needs Analysis)， PDPO (Personal Data Privacy Ordinance) 反洗钱和文件完整性在 戶口 开立和每笔交易中。
- 遵守银行的政策、标准、操作指引/ 程序、保安及内部监控措施。

教育和专业 资格
- 学位持有者，最好是商业或金融相关学科
- 至少 3年的消费银行销售经验， 最好是高端客户服务领域的专业
- 必须注册 RI* [受规管活动：第1类及第4类]，并在香港体院牌照试卷1、7及8中及通过;或同等学历; 和
- 必须注册 TR* [一般和长期（包括投资相连）]，并在IIQE试卷1，2 ，3和5中通过;或同等学历。
- [*有执照 申请人将是一个优势，不具备所需一般保险资格的新员工必须在开始服务后三个月内通过所有试卷考试。
- 能够发掘潜在新客户和增加客户 AUM (Asset Under Management)，并产生投资及保险产品收入和CASA AUM (Current Account Savings Account Asset Under Management)
- 了解一般行业的市场趋势和竞争活动;对海外市场的认知;了解个人银行业务的竞争和反应、影响和创造的机会。
- 对中国，台湾或亚洲国家的客户获取/服务有深刻的见解
- 需要流利的普通话，广东话 和英语
- 良好的书面和口头沟通能力
