Core Responsibilities
Dashboard Design & Building: Design, build, and maintain interactive, high-impact Tableau dashboards and visual reporting solutions tailored to business requirements.
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering: Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document analytics needs and reporting specifications.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Analyze data structures to ensure accurate metrics, key performance indicators (KPIs), and logic representation in front-end dashboards.
Stakeholder Alignment & Support: Translate complex data findings into actionable insights, providing user training and support to facilitate solution adoption.
Key Requirements
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in business analysis, data reporting, or analytics roles.
Core Technical Tool: Hands-on Tableau experience is mandatory. Proven track record of end-to-end dashboard development.
Industry Background: Open to candidates from all industry backgrounds.
Languages: Professional fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
Availability: Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.
