Job Duties

Assess, evaluate, and authorize secured lending applications in compliance with the Bank's retail credit policies and risk guidelines.
Partner with business units to coordinate and monitor the end-to-end loan approval process, ensuring timely and efficient credit decisions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote effective communication and seamless collaboration.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to support the competitiveness and relevance of lending products and services.
Contribute to the review and enhancement of lending policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
Support product development initiatives, process improvement projects, and other ad hoc assignments to drive business and service excellence.

Qualifications

Degree holder in a relevant discipline or possess an equivalent professional qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in the banking industry, including a minimum of 3 years in consumer or retail lending.
Familiarity with the Hong Kong property market and knowledge of mortgage operations would be an advantage.
Strong commercial acumen with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and accountability.
Adaptable to change and capable of overcoming challenges with a proactive mindset.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
Customer-focused with a strong sense of ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality service
