Our client is an established international organisation providing business support and advisory services to corporate and investment clients. The company is involved in cross-border transactions and is expanding its M&A team
The Role
- Support end-to-end M&A/Deals transactions, including opportunity screening, valuation, due diligence, deal execution and closing.
- Conduct financial analysis and prepare transaction models, forecasts, valuation analyses and investment papers.
- Lead financial due diligence processes, including reviewing business performance, quality of earnings, working capital, net debt and key financial risks.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, investment teams, management, legal advisers, accountants and other external consultants.
- Review due diligence findings and communicate key risks, opportunities and recommendations to senior management.
- Assist in preparing term sheets, transaction documents and materials for investment committee or management approval.
- Manage deal timelines, documentation and transaction-related deliverables.
- Participate in negotiations and support the resolution of commercial, financial and operational issues.
- Support post-merger integration activities, including performance tracking and identification of synergies.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in M&A, Deals Advisory, Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, Corporate Finance or Investment Banking.
- Hands-on experience in financial modelling, valuation and due diligence
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and project-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional qualifications such as CFA, CPA/ACCA or equivalent are advantageous
