The successful candidate will assist Relationship Managers in daily client management, credit administration, transaction execution, and preparation of credit proposals while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
This role is suitable for candidates with 1+ years of experience in corporate banking, commercial banking, credit administration, loan operations, or relationship management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers in managing and servicing corporate client relationships.
- Handle daily client enquiries and coordinate with internal product and operations teams.
- Assist in account opening, maintenance, KYC reviews, and customer onboarding processes.
- Prepare client meeting materials, call reports, and account reviews.
- Coordinate credit documentation, facility letters, security documentation, and loan drawdowns.
- Monitor expiry dates of facilities and follow up on credit renewal requirements.
- Liaise with Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury, and Operations teams to facilitate transaction execution.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, AML/KYC standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare management reports and portfolio summaries.
- Participate in projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Corporate Banking / Commercial Banking, ARM / middle office
- Basic understanding of corporate banking products including loans, trade finance, cash management, and treasury products.
- Knowledge of credit processes and banking documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin preferred).
