As part of its continued growth journey, the business is seeking a Financial Controller to lead its finance operations and strategic financial management activities.

Your new role

• 
  Lead financial reporting, month-end closing, and financial control activities across the region
  
• 
  Prepare board reports, management reporting packs, and financial analysis for senior stakeholders
  
• 
  Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and business performance monitoring
  
• 
  Oversee audit, tax, regulatory, and statutory compliance requirements across multiple markets
  
• 
  Maintain and enhance finance systems, reporting tools, and data governance processes
  
• 
  Drive process improvements to improve reporting accuracy, operational efficiency, and scalability
  
• 
  Support treasury and cross-border financing activities, including funding, capital allocation, and cash management
  
• 
  Partner with regional teams to strengthen financial controls and reporting standards
  
• 
  Assist with data analysis, system implementation, process improvement, and ad hoc business initiatives
  
• 
  Provide guidance to a small finance team while remaining actively involved in hands-on finance operations
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree with CPA Qualification
  
• 8 Years of Accounting & Finance experience with a wide-scope across Finance Operations, Reporting, Finance Process Improvement and Business Partnering
  
• Experience working within a lean, regional or entrepreneurial environment would be advantageous
  
• Strong written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills
  
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  
• Ability to operate as a trusted Finance Business Partner while maintaining a hands-on approach to finance operations and reporting
  
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
