About Our Client

Our client is a joint venture asset management firm in Hong Kong offering a broad suite of investment solutions, including MPF, retirement schemes, unit trusts, ETFs, and customized portfolio strategies for retail and institutional clients.

Job Description

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for MPF and ORSO products.
Expand distribution channels and drive business growth initiatives.
Organize and execute marketing campaigns and client events.
Conduct market research and provide insights on industry trends and competitors.
Deliver pre- and post-sales support to distributors and clients.
Prepare sales performance reports and provide updates to senior management.
Conduct product training for distributors to enhance engagement and knowledge.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years' experience in sales/business development within banking or financial services.
Strong knowledge of MPF and ORSO products and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record in sales achievement and channel development.
Holder of SFC Type 4 and MPF licenses; CFP or similar qualifications preferred.
Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
