Our client is a reputable international financial services firm seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their team. This role is responsible for supporting policy administration, customer enquiries, transaction processing, and ensuring a high standard of service to clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle client and intermediary enquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner.
• Support daily transaction processing and administration of investment, insurance, or wealth management products.
• Review and process policy-related requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve operational queries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
• Support service improvement initiatives and contribute to team objectives.

Ideal Candidate
Junior / Fresh Graduate Level

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in financial services, insurance, banking operations, KYC, CDD, onboarding, or client services.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Cantonese and Mandarin would be advantageous.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word.

Experienced Level

• 2-3 years of experience in KYC, CDD, client onboarding, client services, operations, policy administration, or financial services support functions.
• Familiarity with AML, KYC and customer due diligence requirements would be highly preferred.
• Experience within banking, insurance, asset management, wealth management, fintech, or professional services environments is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Alternatively, high-calibre fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds and a genuine interest in compliance, onboarding, client servicing, or operations are encouraged to apply.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
