Your new role
- Develop new trading strategies
- Manage junior quants
- Generate and review alpha ideas
- Review models, back tests and code
- Code when necessary
- Improve existing strategies
- Manage research priorities and projects
- Work with CIO/founders on portfolio and risk
- Recruit and train junior quants
What you'll need to succeed
- You will require a Bachelors degree or above in STEM.
- You will need experience in Python.
- You will need experience in Quant research or Data Analytics.
- You will need to be fluent in English.
