About the Role
We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst / Developer that delivers end-to-end business intelligence and data analytics solutions across multiple business units. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse datasets, build executive-level reporting solutions, and contribute to the development of a modern enterprise data platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-impact executive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
- Work closely with raw source data entering the enterprise data lake, supporting data transformation and refinement processes from Bronze to Silver layers.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define business logic, establish KPIs, and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Deliver user training sessions, system walkthroughs, and knowledge-sharing workshops.
- Analyze and interpret large, complex datasets across multiple business domains to generate actionable business insights.
- Support the optimization and enhancement of end-to-end data pipelines and reporting processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Requirements
- 1.5 years+ of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, reporting, and data visualization.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Data Factory for data transformation and pipeline development is a plus
- Open to candidates from any industry background with a passion for data and analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage directly with business users.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
