• Oversee External Collections Agencies' operations and performance to ensure targets are met
• Ensure reports are available for management and are generated in a timely manner and provide insights to drive strategy and process/operational improvements
• Conduct audits and monitor quality on all client touchpoints with External Collections Agencies and ensure performance and compliance to company policies and to regulations
• Identify processes that can be optimized and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of both internal and external teams.
• Manage projects and initiatives to address potential concerns or to drive new strategies
• Knowledgeable in Debt Collections (Call Center, VoiceBot, Field, Skip Trace and Litigation) with strong orientation towards Customer Experience
• Detail-oriented which supports his/her project management and process improvement skills
• Identifies problems in meeting key performance indicators, resolve them to the satisfaction of the business objectives
• Continually raises the standard of quality in the work of self and others
• Drive debt collections by maintaining optimal performance of External Collections Agency
• Projects and initiatives to drive new collection strategies and/or process efficiency
