Role: Property Lawyer (Commercial and/or Residential)

We're working with a respected boutique law firm to find a motivated Property Lawyer to join their expert team. What you'll be doing (depending on experience):
Commercial property work may include:

• Drafting and negotiating leases for landlords and tenants
• Acting on commercial sales, purchases and refinancing
• Development work and site set-up transactions
• Secured lending for both borrowers and lenders

Residential property work may include:

• Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Drafting and negotiating residential leases
• Lease extensions and residential management work
• Secured lending and refinancing transactions

What they're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial and/or residential property law
• Qualified solicitor preferred; experienced non-qualified lawyers and conveyancers will be considered
• Strong technical skills and transaction management ability
• Reliable, disciplined, and confident managing a full caseload
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Ambitious, proactive, and committed to high standards of work
• A team player looking for long-term development in a collaborative firm
