The Role

The firm is seeking an Associate with 2-5 years' PQE to join its highly ranked Charities and Community team. The role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, high-profile matters for prominent UK and international clients in the charity and not-for-profit sector. Work will include:

• Charity structuring and restructuring
• Governance and constitutional matters
• Advising on trading arrangements and non-charitable subsidiaries
• Charity tax and fundraising regulation
• Supporting on mergers, reorganisations and compliance projects
• You will also have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership, client training and business development initiatives.

What They're Looking For

• 2-5 PQE, ideally with charity law experience
• Strong academic record and excellent communication skills
• Experience or a strong interest in governance, constitutional and regulatory matters
• Ability to manage smaller projects independently while supporting on larger mandates
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
