Recruiters in Asia frustrated by candidate-led job market

What are the key trends impacting the workloads and strategic priorities of talent acquisition teams in the Asian finance sector? To find out, eFinancialCareers organised a round table attended by 10 senior human resources and talent acquisition professionals from large financial institutions in Singapore and Hong Kong.

The event, co-hosted by Simon Mortlock from eFC and former UBS MD Eric Sim from Institute of Life, revealed that the growing headcount needs of financial services firms in Asia are creating numerous and often onerous challenges for in-house recruiters during the final quarter of 2021.
