The new teams Revolut, Monzo and Stripe are building in 2025

Digibank Monzo is hiring a senior product manager in London for its new credit platform team. The hire will be involved in "build[ing] products throughout the end-to-end credit lifecycle," and can earn a salary of up to £125k ($158k) by doing so. Remote working is a divisive topic in fintech, but Monzo says it's "open to distributed working" for the role.
While Monzo's new team is focused on consumers, Revolut is continuing to build out its private bank for the ultra-wealthy. In addition to roles reported by Sifted last month, Revolut has also begun hiring for a head of investment advisory who will "build and lead a team of advisors" within the private banking division.
Payments giant Stripe, meanwhile, is hiring for a new team in its Dublin HQ. The fintech has an open listing for an engineer in user experience assurance (UXA) team, who will evaluate the quality of UX among Stripe's products and collaborate with product teams on improving them. The role, open to those with over 4 years of experience, pays a salary of up to €85,900 ($89.9k).
