We are partnering with a leading insurance organization to hire an experienced Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation and change initiatives across the business. - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to understand business needs and processes.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories.
- Work closely with business users, project managers, and technology teams to deliver project objectives.
- Support UAT planning, test execution, defect tracking, and implementation activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Ensure project deliverables are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience within the insurance industry.
- Strong insurance domain knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
- Digital Transformation
- Insurance Operations
- Core System
- Pension
- Proven experience delivering business and system change projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and UAT support.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
