Your new role
Key Responsibilities
- Document and analyse end-to-end finance processes, including GL, month-end close, intercompany processes, and cost allocations.
- Facilitate workshops with Finance, Tax, HR, Technology, Procurement, and other business stakeholders as required.
- Identify process inefficiencies, control gaps, and automation opportunities.
- Develop practical recommendations and future-state process designs.
- Produce high-quality process maps, business requirements, gap analyses, operating procedures, and Finance Standards.
- Support testing, implementation, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Collaborate across functions to drive consensus and successful project delivery.
Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in Finance, Accounting, Finance Transformation, or Business Analysis roles.
- Hands-on experience within an insurance company preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- General Ledger and financial close processes
- Intercompany accounting and recharge mechanisms
- Cost allocation methodologies
- Finance controls and governance
- Proven ability to document complex processes and recommend operational improvements.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and skills.
- Experience working across multiple functions and geographies in a project environment.
- CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
