Our business partner is a reputable regional bank that is seeking an experienced Vice President (VP) - Implementation in their Supply Chain Finance & Open Account Trade team.

Your new role
As a key member of the team, you are required to:

• Develop and execute implementation plans in collaboration with Anchor clients.
• Manage system integration projects involving the bank's proprietary platforms, Anchor in-house systems, and/or third-party solutions, where applicable.
• Lead the onboarding process for Anchor and Spoke customers, working closely with Client fulfilment and Middle Office teams.
• Coordinate the submission and maintenance of completed legal and system documentation
• Oversee user setup and administration for Anchor and Spoke clients on trade services/ supply chain and factoring platforms, and provide relevant training.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate Supply Chain Finance and Factoring programme parameter setup in their systems
• Manage end-to-end testing, pilot runs, and implementation activities with Anchor and Spoke clients through to successful go-live.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to excel in this position, you will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline with proficiency in English and Chinese.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management/implementation/product management in the Transaction Banking sector, with strong exposure to Hong Kong and Mainland China corporate clients.
• Strong expertise in Supply Chain Finance and Open Account Trade, including understanding of relevant solutions, underwriting framework, and platform capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing complex implementation and integration projects.
• Solid understanding of system functionality, operational workflows, and processing requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate across diverse internal and external parties.
